INVITING OFFERS BETWEEN £50,000 AND £60,000
WHAT WE LOVE
"This apartment has clearly been cared for. It shows in every room. With a popular block just off Newland Avenue and a tenant in situ paying £475 pcm, it has plenty to offer investors from day one."
THE REST OF THE STORY
Some homes make a good impression before you have even taken your coat off. This second-floor apartment at Newland Court is one of them.
The block is a popular one, just footsteps from Newland Avenue in Hull. The current owner has kept the apartment in excellent condition, which you notice from the moment you step into the hallway.
The first door on the left opens into a comfortable double bedroom, set apart from the living space at the other end of the hallway. Next along is the bathroom, containing a bath with shower over, so quick mornings and slow soaks are both covered. A large storage cupboard, which also houses the hot water tank, gives coats, bags and the vacuum somewhere to live out of sight.
At the end of the hallway, the apartment opens up into the living kitchen, the room you will spend most of your time in. There is plenty of space to arrange your furniture the way you want it, with a sofa for evenings in and room for a table. A breakfast bar gives you somewhere for a quick coffee or a bite to eat, with space for your own appliances too.
For drivers, there is a communal car park behind the building with unallocated parking for residents.
The apartment is being sold with a tenant in situ, currently paying £475 per calendar month, so it works as a ready-made investment from completion.
