Our Thoughts
A True Showstopper in Coniston!
This absolutely stunning, vastly improved and extended two-bedroom, two-bathroom semi-detached bungalow is a rare beauty in the highly sought-after village of Coniston. Finished to the highest of standards, this home blends modern luxury with countryside charm.
Step inside to discover the orangery extension which offers superb open-plan living, dining, and kitchen complete with a cosy log burner, two sets of bi-fold doors opening onto the rear garden, the perfect blend of light, warmth, and style. The kitchen itself comes equipped with a range of integral appliances, designed to make cooking a delight whilst entertaining friends and family.
The master bedroom has its own walk-in dressing room and a luxurious, spacious ensuite, while the second bedroom is spacious with a feature, period fireplace, and for the family, a sleek family bathroom. A usable loft space adds even more flexibility to this already generous layout.
Outside, enjoy open countryside views, a versatile outbuilding (ideal as an office or workshop), and a beautifully maintained garden. With ample off-road parking and a garage, practicality is as impressive as the presentation.
Properties of this calibre in Coniston are rarely available – so early viewing is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Owner’s Thoughts
We’ve loved transforming this bungalow into a home that feels both stylish and welcoming. The open-plan layout is fantastic for entertaining – the two sets of bifold doors mean the garden becomes an extension of the living space, and the orangery has been one of our favourite spots to relax. The log burner makes winter evenings cosy, while the kitchen with its integrated appliances makes day-to-day life easy. The master suite is our sanctuary, with the dressing room and ensuite adding a real touch of luxury. The garden has been a joy too, with those countryside views and the flexibility of the outbuilding. It’s been a home where we’ve been able to live comfortably and enjoy every space.

• Draft contract of sale
Your solicitor usually receives the full legal pack within 48 hours, so they can get to work immediately.
